Lets do Witzzle™ Bingo!

Suggested for Grades 3-6

Prerequisite:	Ability to use order of operation rules

Materials:	*	Witgo Problem Cards sheet
	*	Witgo Grid sheet
	*	Witgo Solution Cards sheet

Download these 3 free Witgo Puzzle sheets and play Witzzle Bingo!

Directions:	1	Give each student a Witgo Grid sheet .
	2	Tell them to fill in the grid with numbers from 1 through 9 in any order to form their own personal grid.
	3	Read a Witgo Problem Card one at a time. Give students a moment to compute the answer and write the problem in the box of the answer on their grid. (As an alternate to reading the Witzzle Problem Cards, you might make a transparency of the Witzzle Problem Cards page, covering up the letter of each card, cut them apart, and lay them on an overhead projector one at a time, leaving them up for a short time only.)
	4	The first student to complete a row, column or diagonal, calls out "Witgo" , and wins the game. The winner must read solutions to the class.

Suggestions:	1	Copy the Witgo Problem Card sheet and the Witgo Solutions sheet onto card stock, and cut apart to form a set of cards. Then for practice, or to prepare lower level students for the Witgo Game, have students play the "Concentration Game" to match the Witgo Problem Cards to the appropriate Witgo Solution Cards.
	2	When you copy Witgo Problem Cards, you may want to cover up the letter that correlates with your solution key on Witgo Solution Cards to prevent students from memorizing answers instead of computing them each time.

This activity is good for Family Math Night.
