Margaret Funk
has over 30 years of teaching experience from kindergarten to high school. She has a Master of Education from Texas Woman’s University and 16 Texas Education Agency teaching certification areas including Early Childhood, Comprehensive Elementary Grades 1-8, Special Education, vocational, Diagnostician, and 10 secondary teaching fields.

She has presented her Kiddie Litter Workshops for over 20 years to Head Start, day care and professional educators in the San Antonio, Abilene and Dallas areas; as well as to Region Service Centers in Texas and numerous state and national conferences including HOSTS (Help One Student To Succeed) l999 and 2000 International Conferences in Dallas and the 2000 Texas Middle School Association.

Author of Kiddie Litter Learning Series booklets and the KL Educational Services Learning Labs, her booklets and workshops focus on hands-on learning for mentor program designs and implementation, mathematics for grades 3 - 10, special learning populations methods and activities, and early childhood/day care personnel certification preparation programs and classroom activities and techniques.
